FAQ

What does Nudge do?

Nudge reads your won and lost deals to learn how your buyers buy, then watches your open deals for the same moves. You see which deals have a buyer moving, and which only have a seller working.

What happens in the 30-minute review?

We go through your deals together, live, with Ridha Mami, founder of Nudge. For every deal that slipped, you see the week the buyer checked out, and which open deals will really close this quarter, based on what buyers are doing now. Nothing to send beforehand.

How is this different from asking an LLM about a lost deal?

Any LLM can explain a lost deal after the fact. Nudge learns how your buyers buy from your own closed deals, then reads your open deals against it, so you see a slip coming while there is still time to act.

What does Nudge read, and can it write to our CRM?

Every connection reads only until your organisation's admin allows writing. Once it is allowed, every message to a buyer is a draft a person approves first. The security page lists each connection.

Does Nudge train AI models on our data?

No. No customer content is used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a model provider's.
