Nudge reads the buyer's side of your deals. This page lists every connection, what each one reads, and what it may write once your organisation's admin allows it. If a line here is not specific enough for your security review, write to ridha@addvocate.ai and we answer in writing.
The short version
- It reads only, until your admin allows writing. Each connection starts with no write access. Only your organisation's admin can turn writing on, connection by connection.
- Every message to a buyer is a draft a person approves. Even with writing allowed, and even when someone asked Nudge to send it, nothing reaches a buyer until a person approves that draft.
- We don't train AI models on your data. No customer content is used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a model provider's.
- It reads your buyers and never ranks your reps. The read is about whether the buyer moved. It produces no ranking of your sellers.
- Switch any connection off, any time. Access is revoked from the source system, and on written request we delete your data within thirty days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Nudge reads a mailbox only after its owner has connected it and agreed. Your CRM stays the system of record: Nudge writes into fields you already use, and only from something the buyer did.
Claude and ChatGPT
Your team can ask Nudge questions from Claude or ChatGPT. Connecting your own Claude or ChatGPT workspace is a per-workspace setup, and the same rules hold there: the same permissions, and every message to a buyer is still a draft a person approves.
Your data
We process your CRM and communications data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers. The companies that process data for us (our cloud host, our managed database and the model providers we use) are named to you before you connect anything, and again whenever that list changes.
We don't train AI models on your data. That covers our own models and the models of every provider we use.
On written request, we delete your data within thirty days, except where the law requires us to keep it. The privacy policy covers this website.
What we don't have yet
We hold no security certification today, and we will not imply one with a badge. If your process needs a data processing agreement, we sign yours. Nudge is early software: your CRM stays the system of record so that a defect on our side never becomes a defect in your pipeline.

Does Nudge train AI models on our data?
No. No customer content is used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a model provider's.
Can Nudge email a buyer on its own?
No. Writing is off until your organisation's admin allows it. Once it is allowed, every message to a buyer is a draft that a person approves before it goes, even when someone asked Nudge to send it.
Does Nudge read our Slack channels?
Only a thread where someone tags @Nudge. It reads that thread and posts its own cards in a DM or a channel you choose.
Does Nudge read every WhatsApp or LinkedIn conversation?
No. It reads only the chats with contacts linked to a deal in your CRM.
Does Nudge watch or rank our sales reps?
No. Nudge reads what buyers do on your deals. It produces no ranking of your sellers.
How do we remove access and delete our data?
Switch the connection off in the source system, and access stops. Ask in writing and we delete your data within thirty days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
