However, if an incident impacting the integrity or confidentiality of Client Information is brought to the attention of Nudge, it must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.

This file includes information such as the User's domain name, the User's Internet service provider, the User's operating system, and the date and time of access. Cookies in no way risk damaging the User's terminal.
